At Erkals Jewellers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your selection, we offer a 30-day return or exchange period for items in their original, unworn condition with all security tags intact.

Return Process

  Contact our concierge team or log into your account portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully place your item, including all original certificates, diamond grading reports, and luxury packaging, into a secure shipping box to ensure its protection during transit.

• 3.
  Complimentary Shipping

  Affix the prepaid, fully insured shipping label provided by our team to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master jewellers verify the condition and authenticity of the returned piece, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
